Shipping
All of our products are shipped directly from our warehouses. Larger orders may come in separate packages if shipped from multiple warehouses. All orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours from Monday thru Friday 8am – 5pm PST. We charge a flat rate of $7.75 for all orders shipped throughout the continental United States and $9.98 for all order shipped to Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico. Talbert Nutrition uses the United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service for all our shipping. You will be notified if a product is not available at our warehouse and your order is put on back order. If part of your order is on back order you will receive the item as soon as it becomes available. There is no additional charge for partial orders that are shipped at a later date due to the item being out of stock.

Please allow up to two weeks for order processing and delivery for all orders fulfilled with a check or money order.
Returns, Refunds and Exchanges
Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 30 days of your purchase in order to get a refund.

Include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.
Some items can not be returned if they are opened. This includes vitamins, herbal supplements, meal replacements and beauty products.
Merchandise that has been worn, used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
All returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee, this will be deducted from your refund. We also do not refund the original shipping and handling that you paid on the order.
If your clothing or fitness item is in like new condition, you may exchange your item for a different size or color. You will not be subject to a restocking fee but you will still have to pay return shipping. Exchanges must take place within 30 days of placing your order.
